In the app, go to Profile, open Account & Security, then choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy support:
Completed order records may be retained where needed for payment, tax, fraud prevention, safety, dispute, accounting, or legal requirements.

If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. For NeighborChef safety reports, include the order number, user name, date, and a clear description of what happened.
