Order or Account Help

For order timing, pickup, refund, unsafe listings, account, or general app support, report the issue in the app where available or contact:

Delete Your Account

In the app, go to Profile, open Account & Security, then choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy support:

Urgent Safety or Legal Issues

If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services first. For NeighborChef safety reports, include the order number, user name, date, and a clear description of what happened.
